Well, you simply rate the ice cream flavor that the person above you provides.
I am sure you all know how this works, but in case you don't, here is an example.
Person #1: Chocolate Person #2: I give that ice cream flavor an 8/10, I really like the rich flavor of chocolate ice cream.

HPsauce how long do you think it will take for you to get banned for spamming?You are supposed to rate a ice cream that was given to you already, not make one up and rate it.This could be considered spamful.
Anyways I give cookie dough a 8/10 because I'm rather sick of it, but its still pretty good.
Ok here is another one, that I tried a while back.The triple layer chocolate ice cream.It has Chocolate ice cream, with chocolate syrup, and chunks of brownie in it, and it is also slow churned and made with all natural ingredients as well.
