Hey! I was just wondering if anyone knew how to use local storage in flash games, because can't find it anywhere on the net. Also, if anyone has any good strategies for testing the local storage (aside from making your own site and posting it) that'd be really helpful, too.
Yes, that's it. I want to know how to work with that. Is it just like as if it was on your harddrive, being run...just enter path to the computer's local storage?
SharedObjects are what flash uses (does it change in actionscript 3?) I think that Test Movie works with the storage. And if you export it and then upload to a place that allows direct linking you should be able to access it there without downloading it.
