Yep! We rate by the rank, post count, rate and comment count, merits, and as an added bonus, status, of that individual. Depending on how much the user has, the fame can be higher or lower. The status of a user is....well, some of them are more active and more recognizable than others. They may not have a higher rank and not as many points, but others know them more than the other guy.
