hmm for right now the best thing I can supply you with possibly until IP Andreas is done with his interactive guide to flash,is this high quality flash play list which is made for CS4,that I found useful.
Every one of the videos in that play list can be watched in HD,so if you have an lcd monitor then you should have no issues at all in seeing what the guy on here is doing.I hope this helps you out at least a bit.
