Anyways; Stage 1.
No matter what class you are, just attack, and use Supression when Metabii use enrage. Buy the Shirt and shoes, but no new weapons, you'll get them in a minute.
Boss Fight: First off, the only attacks you should have are: Smash(Not Gunslinger); or Magic Bolt(Not Destroyer). Also, I advise getting one point into "Aggression" for all classes. It is a great skill. Now, kill the Medic first. After that, It is easier to kill the Captain. Leave the Assault for last. Watch the scene, and save afterwards.

I'll list the best equipment in a later section...Also, hunt the Ghosts for "Moon-Struck Horrors"; and yes, it does drop from them.
