Gorillaz actually have listenable songs. I guess I must vote for them!
Just wondering what Blur music you have listened too... They have been compared to The Kinks on many occasions (whereas Oasis weere The Beatles). I know you don't like more modern music Ernie (and I'm sorry for throwing odern stuff around) but BritPop was a return to 60's influences for rock.
Gorillaz, they have a song called Clint Eastwood, you have to love that.
I have to say Clint is my fave song by them.... it just about edges out Feel Good inc. and Dirty Harry.
I love the one with Dennis Hopper narrating. It's called - Fire Coming Out Of The Monkey's Head. Just a weird song, but I love it. Not my favorite, but awesome.
I'll go with the Gorillaz. I mainly love their beats and music videos. If some people haven't seen their music videos you should! I also like some of their lyrics, they're not to bad.
Blur is an awesome rock band, but I'll go with the Gorillaz!
