The only flash creating program is Adobe Flash. It's not free, but you still can obtain it for free by not-so-legal ways

Keep in mind though, game builders like that of yoyogames.com have drastically reduced possibilities - yes, you can make games, but they will never be as sophisticated as a game made with Adobe's Flash.

It all depends on what you're aiming at

This "Flash Creation Program" is actually just called Flash. Try getting MX2004, it's old (5 years, obviously) but it's decent and much cheaper. I use Flash 8.

dont waste your money on flash, it takes a LONG time to even BEGIN to make a decent game. Unless you plan on spending the next couple years or so on learning how to write flash, I wouldn't spend money on it. there's my 2 cents

Yeah for all the expense and the huge learning curve, it might not be worth it.

Flash is totally worth it, bro. It's fun to do in your spare time, and is the best animation and drawing program let alone game-making.
