hey, i have been here for a while and been to art section. i want to draw some pictures and have them in the art section so please if anyone could help me

No it is, but it can only be viewed by certain people.

It is a direct link, but is un-viewable because it's a private one, so it goes to login instead of the picture.

I know this has been revived from quite some time ago and that the user who said this is banned, but still:

Its a private picture, a private picture cannot be viewed using BBCode, so either A) Make it a public picture
The url Google567 failed to work because it was an image tag applied to the url of an album. Albums can't be viewed as images no matter if they're set to private or not.
Typically an image url will end on .jpg, .png or some other file format extension.

You could always use imageshack or tinypic and not have to worry about making an account.
