I have recently switched to mac, the problem is, I have spent forever on a pc making games.. Anyone have suggestions of how I could get started? Not used to mac.
Well if your game making is done in Flash (which, this is a Flash gaming site - so it should be) then you have no problem. Lots of people, myself included, do Flash game development on Mac, it actually handles it very well.
Don't switch. As LonLonRanch is more precious on his information stating that Mac takes it very well. I think, in my opinion, that Mac works better for Flash making games. Not from my own work, I don't make flash games, but from reviews and my friends. And plus I have a Windows and my dad has Mac and mine crashes all the time moreover his continues to run without hassle.
I use a pc and I think there's no point switching to a mac. But I have a question: Do programs take up more memory on macs than pcs(like downloads from adobe's site?)?
Hang on you just got a Mac, then have been thinking of changing to Windows?
No, in general it's pretty much the same interface. I've tried both; the only difference is the whole right-click thing and the menu bar being at the top on a Mac.
