I found what it does. It's makes your enemy unstable which lowers all his attributes and puts all his piercings to 80% less of it's normal amount. Also you can hit your enemy with the indestructible controller.

Both of these combined can have the same effect as the lightsaber though they have a special power when both used. It can confuse your enemy making them lose 80%of there piercings for that round.
