i know nothing about coding or what to use but would like to learn. After i learn i will make a game with what i know. Any tips, suggestions, or websites i should look at.
you need flash which is in the 800$ range now i believe
you dont nessesarally need flash, you can use FlashDevelop in combination with Adobe's Free Flex SDK. It costs nothing, but it does require that you learn how to do things via code rather than relying on a GUI.
