I think he's looking for game designers to give him tips, though it would work much better if you just asked them personally. After all, they rarely post on the forums...

Anyway, it's often better to come up with things of your own, and ask around when something doesn't work or you don't know how you're supposed to do something.
Google tutorials is one of the best tips I can give... too many people here ask things that are explained in the first hit you'd get when using google. Basically... don't ask things you could've found really easy yourself
