To download youtube videos.
Requirements: Mozilla (3.0 or up) Mozilla Add-on Free FLV Converter
1. Have Mozilla 3.0 or up 2. Download Video DownloadHelper 4.6.4 (Mozilla Add-on) Link: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/3006 3. Go to Youtube.com and go to a video. 4. When in, Mozilla have 3 balls next to address bar. Click it. 5. Download or Quick Download and save it to Desktop! 6. Download Free FLV Converter Link: http://www.brothersoft.com/prism-video-converter-56002.html 7. Install it 8. Got to it and press "Conversion from FLV" 9. Pick the video file 10. Download and wait.
Done. You know have a Youtube video. It'll come into your Desktop.
I used to use this thing called voobys where you just replaced the word youtube in a link with the word voobys and ended up on a website where you can download the video. I don't think it works anymore though...
I'm actually not sure whether the use of decoding and ripping software in this manner is illegal or not. However in the interests of keeping a dead thread dead, I'll kill it again.
