My third RPG. Just like the others it will have similar systems used for damage and events in it.
Prologue Captains log 2016XII26 It was not surprising to find that the year 2012 was yet another failed doomsday. However it was the start of one. In the year 2012 the world fell into chaos as people tried to find a sloution to the supposed apocalypse. Many people reverted to arcane methods when science failed them. Science came up with the solution of genetically mutating people to mermen due to a belief that global warming would bring this apocalypse. During this time in a frantic attempt to survive rockets were pushed a hundred years into the future and the few people who had retained their original physic and minds fled to space. After this it became apparent that the apocalypse was not going to happen in 2012 and it had yet again been for nothing. However due to the mass advancements in spacial technology It attracted the eyes of other worlds. Alien races saw fit to find these new species others came with more hostile intentions. A tention grew between the arcane humans and the merman on earth and in preparation for war both built doomsday devices to combat each other. However only two weeks ago both were fired and the earth has now become an entanglement of elements. The arcane is always unpredictable and nobody expected that through this weapon of theirs a power would be unleashed unto the universe. Now It is commonplace for a snowstorm to appear in a desert and floating pieces of planets are everywhere. Many of these pieces frequently crash into planets and various other things. They also quite alarmingly contain life. However this life is twisted and strange. It seems like all that it wishes is for the destruction of everything including itself. And though the have lost their insanity by coming here they are still formidable enemies and we fear we cannot last much longer. They seem to have built a mothership of sorts inside a *CRASH* wait what was tha...(the log cuts off with the captain screaming)

You find you are in a persons bedroom. (slightly freaked out by this too) you manage to get to the door but before you can get out you find yourself immobilized. you turn back to see if the person has woken up and is stopping you from leaving but they appear to be asleep still.

"Hawks are quite common around here. just really hard to catch and dragons...well i dont know where to find them. But im sure youll be able to and even if you dont ill still pay you for the hawk feather and snapdrake"

looks like the people around the ship are starting to wake up. Its a good thing you manage to find the escape pods just in time. however you dont know the launch codes and if you use the emergency launch button it will set of the alarm alerting everyone.

"Thank" I walk down the road to a park nearby.I spotted some snapdrake right away, on a short tree. I grab a branch and swing onto the tree and grabbed the snapdrake. "Yes!" i say triumphantly. I lose my footing, though and fall down on another branch onto a nest. What my luck, i thought, for there was a dead hawk right there probably abandoned by its parents. i poke first just to check if it was still alive and i pick up. Since i didnt know where to get a dragon scale i walked back to the guy. While i was walking down the street i noticed a small child playing near its parents, who were arcanists. They seemed to be on a heated discussion on which ingrediants were best for an attack spell. I notice the child playing with a small, rocky object that he was trying to break. My eyebrows went up as i noticed that that object was part of a dragon scale. "hey, little kid, can i have your rock thing" i asked nicely.

You will learn spells as you progress. Since you cant do a duel with out some magic ill give you two basic spells. fire and water. Once you learn more spells you will be able to combine them and make new ones from them. However this will not work with elemental opposites. eg. combining fire and water isnt going to do much.

You wake up in a human base on an alien planet. The planet is largely inhabited by strange creatures that resemble giant jumbled up spiders. They have the body shape of them but the rest their legs and eyes could be anywhere. Inside the human base there is a weapons and ammunition shop, an armor shop, a tech and vechiles shop, as well as a mission list.
