Hello,
Hopefully someone who's made a flash game can respond to this question. If I were to make a game, would I need to copyright it?
That means, the images, sound and code itself.

Thank you in advance

I don't have much experience but I doubt it would be worth while going through copyright. However you would need to protect it from being decompiled, People can reverse engineer flash games and convert it to .fla and get access to your code.

There's software you can buy to protect your work from being stolen and I would highly recommend you do so.

I do not think that that is necessary at all... I have never heard of anyone reversing a .swf file into a .fla file, and if they haven't done it to any of the games on this site, then why would they pick your game randomly out of the other million out there.

You don't really need a copyright since you most likely would not make money off of this anyway.
