Yeah. GameMaker. It's the easiest thing for you to use that actually gives you some possible control over the game.

Learn an engine, or game creator and stick with it, guy. I saw some posts of yours. If you want to get started on a game right away, go with RPG Maker. If you want to be able to customize it well, learn GameMaker. If you want to get into the "big leagues", learn C++, or ActionScript or something.

If you want to make a game that you can post on AG, then use FlashDevelop. You'll also need Java, version 1.6 (I think), as well as the Flex SDK. Because FlashDevelop is pure coding, you will most certainly need to pick up a few ActionScript 3 tutorials if you go down this path.
