This is probably the Major Problem that i've come into with making my game, Help would be very much appericated!!


JUST 2 QUESTIONS:

* How do i make a MovieClip/Object move in a random direction?

* Then with that MovieClip, how do i make it bounce of certain objects such as walls ( Think like, a top-down Gta 1 + 2 game )

This is a good tutorial and it might be useful in helping you get what you want. However It also deals with ball on ball collision which you might not want to bother with.

Move in random direction; do you mean shakes all over the screen, or something that makes it move in a line at randomized angles.

You should put what version of actionscript you are using(AS/AS2/AS3) in your comment.

When you want something you really do have to explain yourself more. Is it moving in one direction or both? Does the velocity change or does it teleport? etc...
