You can't buy the AP Multi: we have saved up for something more expensive in the last voting session already. We have to buy something else first. Or we can save up again for the secret Game Mode. But it would take ages to get enough Merits. You just gotta vote on the item you want. The C Rank increases the chance on getting a Merit per post. And we use Merits to buy stuff.
