Whew! Am I glad that this didn't get TOO crowded in the two days I was sick! But meh, with the rank sheet on page 1, you can do everything but the Merits yourself anyway, so my absence isn't a real problem.

Yes. See the C Rank on the sheet? It's the Comment Rank. The name says how good your comments generally are, and the chances on a Merit every post are next to it. I use a random number generator to generate a random number from 1 to 60, and if 60 comes out generated, we get a Merit to spend. Don't forget to add AP to the counter next time, either!
