When trying to install Adobe Flash CS4 it says that I need to close the program; Internet Explorer. I've tried everything, disconnecting my Internet, closing all programs etc. What shall I do?
First, try pulling up task manager by hitting CTRL-ALT-DEL. Then click on the tab labeled Processes. Look for a process running called iexplore.exe. If you find it, select it and hit End Process.
If that doesn't work, try restarting your computer.
