Post your playable Crush the Castle 2 maps. There are other threads for talking about CtC2. If it's not good for shooting at or interesting to look at don't put it here: NO castles that fall apart by themselves, NO random junk piles.

You have to give credit to eronaay for the moving foundation blocks. He came up with the idea and knowing us, we picked it up right away.

I hope he post more of his creations but he is busy with schools.

Sí, I just got home from school, I stayed after to tutor peoples in math. And won't be able to mess around much with the castles coding, I have a Calc II Final Tommorrow and Wednesday, among a plethora of other things to do.

We thought that the evil King was defeated but it seems that he survived. Our strategists told us that he is preparing an other attack on our kingdom by using DIAMOND MINE SLAVES to refill his treasure chests. He must be stopped and the mine needs to be destroyed as well.

@eronaay, AG is using a specific coding for this thread and tildes and other special fonts do not work. Since none of the moderators speak foreign languages, they don't want that capability on the thread. Just checking the pound sign £.... Hmm, did it work?

Ok, I found this out yesterday, but I thought I will share it with you guys. It does not help much, but its interesting. Ok, in the castle part of the coding, if you have a wall, there will be 5 parts: x-coord, y-coord, width, height, and angle; if you place another comma after then angle number, and then add a 1, then you can't move your wall anymore. *NOTE* The wall can still move when shooting at the castle, you just can't move the wall anymore in the building window. Like I said, not too usefull, but interesting.

Example Before: "c":["bic,350,630,1,1,0"]

Example After: "c":["bic,350,630,1,1,0,1"]

I was wondering about that because of the foundation blocks have a 1 at the end. Too bad it doesn't work when someone is playing it. Can you imagine the surprise when you try to destroy a wall and it doesn't move? That would have been great.

Maybe it can be used to build something impossible and then we'll see how it react during testing. I'll experiment with this idea.

Ok, I have figured out what that 1 on the end does. When you look at foundation coding, it normally has the 1,1,0,1 and in the construction window you can't select and delete it like you do for walls, you have to use that special delete thing. If you take away that 1 on the end, now it matches the walls 1,1,0 and now you can select and delete the foundations like you would for walls, but you can't use the special delete thing anymore. Now if you add that 1 on the end of the walls, you can't select and delete them, you have to use the special delete thing, normally used for foundations. That is what the 1 on the end of the foundations does. It keeps it in mid-air to act like a foundation. However, the same can't be said when the 1 is added to a wall, its a shame really.

I also would like to know, how that one guy made the foundation invisible. I just don't have the time to mess around with it, and figure it out on my own tonight.

Yes I tried something but as soon as you click on settle everything gets back to normal.

The invisible thing as to do with the terrain modification. When you mix the background with the foreground and you change the elevation you get an invisible mountain.

Not what I was talking about. Anyways this one was high up on the screen, there was like a row of visible foundation, then on top of that, a row of invisible foundation, and it made the people look like they were hover in midair. I think I saw a link to it from this forum.
