Post your playable Crush the Castle 2 maps. There are other threads for talking about CtC2. If it's not good for shooting at or interesting to look at don't put it here: NO castles that fall apart by themselves, NO random junk piles.
The beam height is a minor problem. Try working with beams and floors with a thickness of 0.1! That is my forte but, it takes hours to program the game.
Nay, sometimes it takes days! With beam heights, when you place them, they will go below the line of the game so, when you import the file, you have to click on one to move it up. My game "one survives" was exactly that but, I screwed up by settling and lost the whole front end. But, I was busy so, I posted it anyways. A nice castle to kill 80 in one shot with one survivor!
Read the thread posted by SSTG where you can manipulate code. I taught these former rookies all they had to know about changing the code. timestables was an experimenter and found some strange things that could be coded. I also showed them changes to the background which they have worked and "erfected" on their levels. It sometimes buggers the game though unless you do it right...
These guys are pros now, SSTG is an renowned ancient Architect of the game. timestables is truly insane... Valboss - the master of disaster!
I'm about to go sleep. Times Zones are annoying. We should all have the same one for 6 months then we trade for 6 months. Which mean your afternoon would be in the dark while mine would be during the day until we trade places.
