Ok I know nothing about programming at all! I want to make a flash game but i dont have a program or the smarts for it.
Anyone got a totorial or something that could help me alittle?

Adobe.com. That's who makes Flash. You'll want to find yourself a copy of Flash before anything else.

If you don't want to steal, or use only a demo, or pay hundreds of bucks.
Look for a student discount (you can sometimes get it for only 50 bucks at some colleges), or someone's old copy on ebay. Anything after MX2004 will work fairly well

You can download Liveswif for free. You'll have to Google it, I forget the link. The Actionscript is the same (I think) and it's not a bad drawing program.
