I am making a flash game and i'm using the font Century gothic, i would like to know if im allowed to make a flash game from that font and also make money from that game?
I just don't know what i can do and what i can't do.

Copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT may not be distributed for profit either on a standalone basis or included as part of your own product.
It looks like they give you permission to embed fonts. But it's quite obscure and hidden under legal riff raff.
Looks like it... you would however have to include that EULA, and never gain one penny from the game - not from ads or selling it to a gamesite. So if you're making your game purely for gaming fun and nothing else, it's okay - other than that, it probably isn't.
Then again, I'm not a lawyer, maybe I'm interpreting it in a wrong way
