Dude, asking people how to make an RPG is so extremely vague it's not even funny (well kind of). You might want to use RPG Maker XP for fun, I think it's kind of glitchy, but it probably works well for other people.
Do you have a program to make it with? Or any experience? RPG's are rather difficult to make, compared to the other kind of games you can make. Not trying to be mean, but no one can really help you if they don't know what you need help with.
making an RPG as your first flash project is virtually the same as suicide... if its not your first then it is still extremely difficult... try reading some tutorials on how to make more basic games first before trying anything more complex
also, when you ask a question please try to be more specific, because nobody can help you if they dont actually know what exactly you need help with... and asking sombody help you to make an RPG the way that you did is almost like you are asking them to make it for you!
Of Course!!!! I use the Macgamemaker It uses a language similar to BASIC but it is very easy to learn, there have been some AMAZING things that come out of that.
