Well to get these you need a supplier, which are hard to find if u donât have the right people to talk to

Anyway, uhm I'll tell them there's going to be a contest of sorts to see who will be the lieutenant and captain. Whoever can get the most money for the gang by the end of the day will be captain; second most will be lieutenant, and third place will get to be group leader of whatever they are(hitman dealer tagger whatever). Don't care how you get the money, but don't get caught, don't be stupid, don't do anything too risky, and if anyone tries to eliminate their competition, they will be severely punished.
