Step 2: Once the enemy has been spotted, the spotters will alert the rest of us quietly. The people hidden will take aim and remain alert. Step 3: Once the enemy arrives at the dock and starts to tie up, we open fire and kill them. Meanwhile, the hidden half will sneak onto their boats while they're distracted, and drive just out of shooting range. there are 2 problems with this plan 1, it wont happen since buildings are far apart and 2 your gangmembers arnt marines or spec ops so they can't wait under the dock and 3 the gun boat doesnt tie up it stays at sea an keeps a eye out
