i figure this was worth posting before i spend 800 dollars that i might not have to have. so right now i have the free trial, and my wishful thinking lead me to believe i could simply make several emails and adobe accounts and download the free trial multiple times to be able to use them to learn how to make games then maby make a few to pay for the real deal. now maybe im nieve (have no idea if i spelled that remotley close lol i suck at spelling) but i did see that student teacher edition thats 80% which would be beyond jim dandy for randy. but does anyone who goes to school or teaches at a school qualify for this? do you have to have any kind of verification? any other tips that could make getting flash any easier would be beyond appreciated

Go to the Adobe site:

http://www.adobe.com/education/students/studentteacheredition/eligibility.html

https://store1.adobe.com/cfusion/store/html/index.cfm?event=displayProduct&categoryOID=4647036&store=OLS-EDU

Flash Professional is $179.00 - that's a great price.

Test out flash for a month - buy/take out a book and see if its something you want to do before you buy.

www.friendsofed.com has a good selection -but you'll want to start with something like this

http://www.friendsofed.com/book.html?isbn=9781430229940

Good luck,

D
