it is a long chain that i can use to hook people and bring them closer, maul them severly if in the right place, or pull a sword/shield right from their hand. the spikes prevent actually grabbing it, which would be a disaster, and it is like a point guard to mah shortsword :P

Name: Caius Decimus
Age: 18
Class: Thracian
Weapons: Sica
Armor: Greaves[Thick Bronze, Thigh-Length], Shield[Small, Square, Bronze], Helmet[Large, Bronze]
Allies: None
Enemies:
Health: 100/100
Condition: Healthy,love of crowd
Perk: Combat Training[Higher aptitude with all forms of combat equipment]
Bio: Born into a family of famous soldiers, Caius Decimus(Caius the Tenth, named after his father, his father before him, his father before him, etc.) was put under enormous pressure and discipline even as a child. Raised under a sword, he showed unerring discipline and skill. However, as he grew older and less susceptible to the brainwashing his family and teachers fed him, he grew less the perfect warrior and son and more of a weakling. His skills did not decrease, but he was seen as a failure due to the mercy he preferred to show his enemies as he grew older, and the idealism he viewed the world with. He was warned it would kill him someday, but did not listen. Finally, at the age of 18, he was cast out and disowned. So instead of following the proud tradition of his family(becoming a soldier) and became a gladiator instead. It was the only choice left to him.

I'll continue fighting here.

ooc: no but first change everything to either leather or wood if you win a few fights you can get better but your extremely light with leather/wood so your fast cept sica

you enter the to see the retirii wearing a tunic, manica, galerus
for a weapon he had a net, trident, and a weird looking dagger instead of a blade it had a four spikes each at the corner of a square guard

Yup.
I will do my traditional salutation to the Emperor as I enter the arena, then wait for the Retiarii to throw his net at me, then dodge it.

Feint, dodge, lunge. That way he'll throw his net at my feint and when I really attack, he'll be helpless.
