I'm not involved in the approval process, but I do know there's lots of criteria they use to review a game to include on the site. From what I've seen Dan post elsewhere, no news is bad news. If you don't hear back in several days, it means they've probably passed on your game and moved on to reviewing the next one. Maybe contact jroyster22 and see if he can shed some light on the process for you, or if he's able to provide any feedback on your game.
If your game is close to being acceptable, but some minor changes need to be made they might say something, but if the game is just way below the standards then they probably won't say anything at all.
