I am looking to create the original version of pong. This is easy enough, but what I need help with is a multiplayer lobby, such as games like Colony, where people can play against one another. Is anyone able to help with this?
Short answer probably no. Do you have our own server to host all the games that are going to be played?
Also is there a reason of creating a multiplayer version of pong? Usually multiplayer games are made because the AI in the game suck and a human is a much better opponent. But in pong you could make a AI that could range from completely incompetent to omnipotent. I would just concentrate on making a good single player game and putting a unique spin on it.
