There was an island, an island filled with all species of dinosaurs. All these dinosaurs lived in relative peace, that is, until the humans came... They tore down most of the dinosaur's habitats, and also killed a lot of them. They hunted most of them to extinction... but not the most intelligent ones... VELOCIRAPTORS.
Throughout the years, the velociraptors gained the ability to speak human tongue, wield weapons, don armor, and as well as rid themselves of fear of the humans... Many family lines of velociraptors have died fighting the humans, but not in vain, with each family line, they got much smarter, and stronger, making it harder for the humans to kill them. They also became craftier, using makeshift weapons and also combining them.
This was... THE VELOCIRAPTOR WARS.

Stats
Strength - Many weapons have strength requirements, you can only wield the biggest, and strongest weapons with a **** ton of strength.
Agility - Determines how fast you move, dodge, and how fast you react to the things happening in your environment. Using heavy weapons or armor when you don't have the necessary strength requirement will lower your agility.
Intelligent - This pretty much says how intelligent you are, should be self-explanatory.
Dexterity - Your ability to actually swing a weapon, or shoot a weapon.
Increasing Stats
So if you've noticed, there's no levels! You may ask, "Then how do I get my stats up?!" simple, you get them by using special medicine, syringes, or simply through actually playing and doing things.
Joining
So, just to make this easier on myself. I'd definitely LOVE it if you can at least make literate sentences and don't use chat speak, also if you can make more complex commands, it's not a requirement, but it'll make things more easier and enjoyable for me.
Yeah, it'd be awesome if you could... say... post it every time you make an action.
Talow Mclean You wake up at the base of your camp, Velociraptors don't really use nests anymore, these days they've learned how to make buildings like the humans. Your General has ordered you to go out and hunt for food, if the food is human meat, then you get an added bonus.
Talow Mclean You chase after one of the smaller, slower cows, you jump into the air and bury your foot claws into it's back, it struggles a bit, but you chomp down onto it's neck and kill it.
'Course, can't have a game about raptors without hot raptor sex.
Tom Razer You haven't lost them quite yet, they're still hot on your tail so you decide to go look for a nearby cave to hide in. After running for about an hour with these blood thirsty humans trying to kill you, you find a cave and run for cover. The humans will be passing by here soon.
Talow Mclean You go back to the Grasslands and see a human hunting some baby velociraptors! He's using what you think to be a Glock 17, shouldn't be much of a problem to handle.
