You need to enter the armory to get your weapons and a guard outfit but it's heavily guarded. Also, talking with a prisoner woudn't bring you any benefit since most are egoist cowards.

Use my perk tracker to find some animal kill it and put it near zombies and while they busy with an animal I'm trying to kill one and I carry his body to commander

I run to the peasant being beaten and gash at one of the bandits necks, and hit another in the face with my shield to daze him.
