In its original form, a relay is very simple. Have you ever been in a relay race, where you take something, run a while, then hand it off to the next person and they do the same? Yeah, that's a relay. Basically, my idea is to have covert folks spread along a route that I will designate based on the map. The people on the front anchor(one side) will do the actual kidnapping of one person; then they will run off to the next person in line, hand over the kidnapped person to them, and then the kidnapped person will be handed back until finally they reach our land. Well, immediately after you hand over the kidnappee(as they will be called henceforth) to the next person in line, you will start running back to your original position to do it all over again. Repeat until we have everyone or they get suspicious.
