Kriegsmarine: A ground-based branch of the Kriegsmarine(Navy). The Kriegsmarine members are accustomed to fighting against superior numbers and forces, and operating heavy weapons. Armed with the MP 3008, Binoculars, the FlaK 36, a Fortified Helmet, and a Naval Uniform, the Kriegsmarine were efficient against both vehicles and troops.
Waffen-Shutzstaffel: The highly-trained and brutal officers of the war, the Waffen-SS were Hitler's pets. The SS were technically never a part of the Herr, and served directly under the Fuhrer. Armed with the MP-34, an SS Uniform, Black Stahlhelm, Radio, 2 Gas Grenades, and a Gas Mask, they are a brutal and lethally efficient Spartan organization. Gebirgsjager: Literally, "Mountain Hunters", the Gebirgsjager were light infantry designed to withstand even the most difficult of conditions for extended periods of time, as well as being skilled in ambushes. The Gebirgsjager were armed with a Fortified Stahlhelm, Camouflage Uniform[Zeltbahn], Gewehr 41, Trench Shovel, Rations, Canteen, and Tent.
Fallschirmjager: Literally, paratroopers, the Fallschirmjager were the elite German paratroopers. They were in the Luftwaffe, but conducted many operations on land as well. Armed with the Mauser Kar98K rifle, a Parachute, a Jumpsuit, and a Jump Helmet, they were known as the "Green Devils" by the Allied Forces...and they earned their name.
Sturmtruppen: The "stormtroopers" were specialist soldiers in the German army, trained to infiltrate enemy trenches and lines after their bombardment. Armed with the Stahlhelm, MG42, Standard Uniform, and 3 Model 43 Stielhandgranates, they were the black ops of their day.
