I use Gamebryo, but I think that's a little out of the scope of most people here. If you mean flash games, i suggest you take this to the correct forum

I use flash professional 5 but I'm a noob so I use as2 cause it's easier. I'm trying to learn as3, but probably I'll wait to handle as2 better.

I use Adobe Flash CS4 Professional. I made four flash files that I have yet to transfer to .swfs. Anybody know how to? I don't know how.

Go to file > Publish and you should have a .swf file where you .fla is saved.

Its a pain in the butt, but hey, it'll pay off right?

With cs5 it automatically saves your files as a swf when you save them as a fla.

I tried to before but the .swf is in grey. I can't click on it. All of my files are .sol. I don't think I can upload them to the internet as as .sol, right?

I use flash builder for Mac or flash cs5 for flash games. For java and really anything else I use eclipse.

Flash CS5, most people use some version of Flash, and I use the newest.
