I notice the either unconcious or sleeping Steve. This time, i quickly fire a bullet then zap it, making it an electrified bullet.

Seylex, PUT IN PLUS 2 TO HP

And bullet is now, unglitched, and does 2 damage, but 3 cause of elec,
bullet hits Artaen soldier square in an eye and the soldier skips a turn for regeneration on his eye
