Greetings. Iâm searching for a fun and creative level designer to assist in the designing of game board layouts for a new game that is currently under development. We have a full team currently working to complete the game and are looking for an experienced level designer help to round off the team.
The game that you will be designing boards for is an arcade-style game with mechanics and physics similar to that of a pinball machine. The game was inspired by a well-known hit title. Each week, we will be releasing new game board layouts in Flash that include our standard library of board objects, so a weekly commitment would be required.
Weâre mainly looking for someone who is well versed at Flash animation using both the timeline and code-based motion. Weâre also looking for someone who has a good understanding of level design and what makes a given level fun. In addition to the standard board objects, there will be different power ups and challenges that will need to be incorporated into the level designs. Itâs been a fun project so far and weâre hoping you can help us make it even better.
We would be able to pay you an hourly rate, so youâre time is not wasted on this collab. We would ask for a firm commitment from you though since weâre on an accelerated deadline to get this game shipped.
