I'll disarm the other guard, the one that's still alive, and switch clothes with him/take his weapons/etc. then leave him in the cell. That way he looks like the prisoner and I look like the guard. Then, take anything useful off the body of the dead guard and lock the cell door again. Then I'll free the others...I assume the guards had keys.
