Superman, definitely. He's invulnerable to anything but kryptonite, he can fly, he's got superhuman strength and speed, and he can shoot lasers from his eyes. Batman's just a guy with a lot of toys, and unfortunately for him, none of them are made of kryptonite.
Really, at least pick two superheroes with superpowers, or two without, not one with and one without, the answer is too obvious.

If you've seen some of the animated shows with superman and batman. You would know that batman keeps some kryptonite in his belt. So batman does have a slight advantage if superman comes anywhere close to him.
