(Lol, I see you read the guide, but you can attack the fungus, you don't have to attempt that. You can control what YOUR character does)

The fungus takes massive damage, and attacks you back, dealing 2 damage.

I circle the fungus and quickly attack it from behind

(Don't worry about it, I expect it to be stickied, along wth the other one.)

Catching the fungus off-guard, you invade it, and transform it into another cell! (Cell +1)
