I hate when they do match-ups like that; Hannibal and Khan were both generals, more powerful strategists than soldiers. But if they each commander a force, I would favor Hannibal. He pretty much owned Rome, the greatest military entity in the history of the world.

Rangers will win, hands down. Its not really a fair battle. Navy Seals v. North Korea Spec Ops, may be. The point of Rangers is to save the Spec Ops when they get compromised. SO they have large amounts of support avaliable to them. So they would just call in an AC-130 or Attack Helicoptor, and its over.

Emperor Napoleon vs Washington? I'm a bit mixed on that. I mean, Washington was the first president and a great general to boot, but Napoleon was one of the greatest military minds of all time. All he did was win until he decided to invade Russia. Also, Napoleon will probably have slightly better weapons, as he is forty years ahead of Washington.
