You can join at any time to create your own "Link" Character and be put into the game, players will be able to complete many things alone, but there will come a time when you will find that things will be to difficult for you to tackle without the help of fellow players. Adventure/Explore/Battle with other allies, to create a group switch your group to a name that you two or three ect. will all use. You will then be considered a group and take on challenges together. However if someone strolls to far away they will automatically be separated from the group
