I just played the game Rebuild(which is awesome by the way) and decided to make this, but I changed up the story a bit. The year is 2025 and scientists figure out a cure to cancer. A month after the cure is discovered and is put to use many people began to feel better. After two months people's skin started to flake off and there minds started to turn to mush. A day later they were turned into zombies that could infect others. While many of the survivors just kept moving you decided to stay and rebuild a city with other survivivors. While your city isn't much soon it will prosper.

Leaders: Leaders improve the chances of recruiting other survivors to join your city.
Soldiers: Soldiers are good at killing zombies.
Scientist: Helps bring in new technology for your people(electrictity, binoculars, etc.).
Doctors: Doctors can treat sick survivors.
Scavengers: Scavengers can find food and weapons when out on scavenging missions.
Builders: Buildrs can turn unneeded buildings into things like hospitals or houses.
Survivors: Survivors can be trained into one of the above.

I instantly fell in love with the game concept

Not many suggestions yet as I have yet to start the game, however maybe another class which specializes in expanding your city EX your city is 100 000 m2 and for each 10m2 a survivor is able to inhabit the city, so after a certain amount of survivors you would need to expand. Either that or to make it simpler just make scientist have a "technology" find which increases max capacity

Or even better, if you dont like the idea make it so the city has unlimited survivors xP

I also loved the game rebuild it was pretty awesome i got to day 1129 and have long since done everything i could including cure zombieism lol.
I have a question though does your leader count as one of the 12

Scientists develop things if you give them matrials like guns or bullets.
Builders...let's say you reclaim the warehouse and you don't really need it. You can turn it to something like a hospital or church.
Soldiers automatically kill zombies if you send them out on missions or on attacks.
Doctors can find zombie vital points if you bring a corpse to him/her. They also heal people though they heal people better in a hospital.

In the warehouse your scavengers find,
-Rifle
-10 pounds of food
-50 9mm rounds
-Broken binoculars

i changed my scavs from 2 to 1 since leader counts as a surviver.
First I want my Scav and 3 soldiers to go search the bar, considering the chance that there will be at least a shotgun there, second I want to put my 2 left over soldiers on guard duty.

We found a couple bullets in the bar and a pistol. One soldier was cut by one of the zombies but he'll pull through. We took out the zombies near the bar so it should be safe to reclaim it. We've seen a couple of them occupying the offices but it doesn't look major.
