wait... for some reason that quest just disappeared. there used to be 12 quests to do but now there are only 11.

Yeah, I'm having that problem as well. I have all three cats, but the quest-giver seems to have vanished after giving me the quest.

I didn't have the same problem as you guys but when i finished the sushi cat quest i couldn't do the umbrella one.

The elephant you give the 3 cats to is 'Joey' in the caves. I have only completed this quest once. all the other times i get the quest, get the cats, go back to him and he's not there. did this happen to anyone else?
