Hi, i wanna want to know the pros and cons of the python and AS3 Languages, i cant decide what language learn. If you are an advanced programmer and you have experience with this languages, please answer me.
Python and AS3 are pretty unrelated. Python is more of an programmers first language and AS3 is a web designers or a person who wants to work in flash game development. With python you are pretty much not gonna make games and with flash you pretty much no going to write long intricate programs.
My advice is what do you want to do more write programs or make games?
I wouldn't recommend AS3 for a first language but if you somehow are successful with it then I guess it's fine. AS3 is very similar to Java so if you know AS3 java should look familiar. But really everything now looks similar to me.
