Well I was asking in Aardvark about computer and health. about how to make the experience of sitting in front of computer all day less of a strain and someone came up with this answer: http://smarterware.org/7102/how-and-why-i-switched-to-a-standing-desk
The concept is just to stand while being in front of the computer, and not sit as usual. I do it all the time actually, and it does make me feel better.
What do you think? do you like the idea? ...and also, do you have other healthy routines while working on your computer?
This is not the right section for you post. It's more of a tavern post.
Also not everyone has a waist high computer table to stand at so I find it a bit useless. You can easily teach yourself good posture instead of torturing yourself with standing at a computer.
