In the year 2013, Ather City became the site of a massive nuclear meltdown, caused by what most believe was sabotage by one of the scientists working at the Ather Corporation, the center of the blast. The blast ended up killing about seventy-five percent of the cityâs population. The remaining people were either horribly disfigured, or⦠otherwise changed by the radiation being emitted from Ground Zero.
The parts of the city that arenât irradiated are now under vicious competition for control by a number of factions. Any trace of order has been completely eliminated after what the survivors simply know as The Bomb.

Name: Nick Keyes Nickname: Yellow Jacket Faction: The Hive Description: 17 years old, average height and build, face is heavily scarred, wears a gold jacket with the hood covering his face like a mask Personality: Intelligent and often condescending Skills/Abilities: skilled engineer and hacker, telekinesis Weapons: Twin automatic pistols, mechanical wings Bio: Nick was one of the physicists working at the power plant when the Big Bomb went off. He gained the ability to defy gravity, but his face was disfigured in the accident, leading him to wear a mask all the time. Taking the name Yellow Jacket, he created The Hive, a group attempting to maintain control of the city so they can revert it to itâs former state of order and reverse the Bombâs effects on the other citizens.
Name: Michael Bolt Nickname: The Silencer Faction: The Underworld Description: 17 years old, 6'1", well-built, clothed completely in black, a bulletproof visor conceals my face Personality: violent, unyielding, relentless, aggressive, yet tactical Skills/Abilities: above average strength, speed, and agility, skilled in hand to hand combat and stealth, master of parkour Weapons: collapsable morningstar, throwing knives, âcentrifuge gauntletâ Bio: Michael is somewhat of an enigma. Few know his name, much less what his face looks like. He controlled much of the cityâs underground and criminals, ruling with an iron grip. He usually attacks through the shadows, silently and efficiently.

Skills/Abilities: accuracy,Stealth, ex- navy seal so knows many hand to hand, fast healer and learned the arts of pressure points Weapons: sniper (scope less), combat knife and pistol with a silencer Bio: He was born on the wrong side of town but, yet his personality is very light although he has been in very traumatizing situations with his scar he is very funny character but, when a certain topic is touch he turns into something he was raised to do but, in most cases he is very controlled.
