I'm making a game with visual basic, called Celtic Crusader, when i thought,"maybe i could make an RPG of it on here," so I guess I am, lol. Celtic Crusader is simply about fighting monsters, leveling up, and quests. There are certain types of people that level up into other types, such as the Paladin class, it can either level up into Knight, or Royal Guard. This will also be the most complicated RPG I've ever made, lol. Below is character sheet:

Classes
Warrior A brute lost in charisma and intelligence, but makes up for in attack and defense.
Leveling up: Viking - Jarl / Warrior -- Mercenary - Man of War \\ Buccaneer - Pirate Captain
Thief As in most RPGs, there is a gap between fighter and archer classes, well, in this RPG, the Thief class fills that gap. Although not as strong as most fighters, his/her up-coming is picking locks on doors and treasure chests (hence the name).

As you level up, more weapons and armor will be avalible.
If the players decide if they want to be in a group, such as D & D, all players start in Dublin. (PST!!! D & D was actually made AFTER the Celtic Crusader Card game, and the maker of D & D used it as a guide to make D & D, lol) The original card game was played, by rolling a 20 sided dice for each attribute, then the attribute calculations were worked, and you got your, say, attack, defense, or magic, etc.
As i said earlier, this game is VERY complicated, and if you have played any of the D & D RPGs in this forum, you might have a slim knoledge of what happens. Also, I should mention, this game takes place 20 years after the happenning of 1066 (war over Britian, has to do with Vikings, Italians [i think], and the original British) in Ireland.

Well, I don't know what I could do being a mage and all (do I have no starting spells or anything? I could seriously use some help here). If I have nothing "magical" to help me or am not extremely extraodinarily lucky, I just start running.
