I walk up near those men and then grab the man with the mace hit him in the face grab the mace then hit the man with the rifle in the jugular than use to mace on the shiver and hit him with it in the head if he blocks sweep his feet and the man with rifle block his gun out of the way knee him in the gut and elbow him the the head and for the man with the covered face pull him toward me and trip him and smash him with the mace and kick the shivering back to the ground and then pull the man with the rifle and clothesline him and and drop him finish him with the mace.

The pizza is still good. The only stores are the pawn shop and black market. The black market would have food and more illegal things and a pawn shop is a pawn shop. One pain killer will heal 5% health and 2% stamina. But if you overdose you could die or lose health.
